§ 1.1 A citizen has the right to move freely within the territory of the Kingdom of Okklania.
§ 1.2 A citizen has the right to express their opinion in any way that does not violate the constitution.
§ 1.3 A citizen has the right to claim their rights.
§ 1.4 A citizen has the right to submit any proposal to the king.
§ 1.5 A citizen has the right to withdraw from the Kingdom of Okklania and cease to be its part.

§ 2.1 A citizen has the obligation to report any violation of the constitution.
§ 2.2 A citizen has the obligation to comply with the constitution.
§ 2.3 If a citizen detects any incoming threat to the Kingdom of Okklania or its parts, they must promptly report the threat to the king or another minister.
§ 3.1 The king has the right to appoint ministers.
§ 3.2 The king has the right to establish ministries.
§ 3.3 The king has the right to temporarily transfer their powers to others.
§ 3.4 The king has the right to appoint a new king, even outside of their hereditary line.
§ 3.5 The king has the right to exile a citizen or anyone else who violates the constitution.
§ 3.6 The king has other rights as a citizen of the Czech Republic, as specified by the constitution of the Czech Republic.
§ 3.7 The king may call for a public vote.
§ 3.8 The king may declare a state of emergency.
§ 3.9 The king has the same additional rights as the citizens.
§ 4.1 The king has the obligation to do everything within their power to maintain and develop the Kingdom of Okklania.
§ 4.2 The king has the obligation to manage the website, social media, and other Okklania institutions or appoint a minister for this duty.
§ 4.3 The king has the obligation to uphold agreements made with other micronations.
§ 4.4 The king has the obligation to impose penalties on citizens if they violate the constitution and have been informed of the violation.
§ 4.5 The king has the same additional obligations as citizens.
§ 5.1 A minister has the right to refuse the ministerial role or resign from the position.
§ 5.2 A minister has other rights the same as citizens.
§ 6.1 A minister has the obligation to fulfill tasks assigned by the king to the best of their ability, or resign from the role.
§ 6.2 A minister has other obligations as citizens unless otherwise specified.
§ 7.1 The government system of the Kingdom of Okklania is a constitutional monarchy.
§ 7.2 The head of the Kingdom of Okklania is the king.
§ 8.1 The head of state is the king.
§ 8.2 The role of the king is hereditary.
§ 8.3 The king assumes office at the age determined by the current king, upon the death of the current king, or on their eightieth birthday.
§ 8.4 In the case of the extinction of the royal family or the abdication of the king without clear heirs, a vote will be held among all citizens to elect a new king.
§ 8.5 If the new king would be over 70 years old and have a heir to whom the throne could be passed, the throne will be passed to them.
§ 9.1 Ministers are individuals or groups appointed by the king to perform activities beneficial to the Kingdom of Okklania.
§ 9.2 In times of crisis (specified in Article 10), the king may make any decision regarding ministers.
§ 9.3 Ministers are responsible for their decisions.
§ 10.1 A state of emergency is a period starting with a declaration by the king and ending with a subsequent declaration by the king that cancels it.
§ 10.2 A state of emergency may last indefinitely.
§ 10.3 The king has the right to declare a state of emergency in case of major economic, diplomatic, or other problems or when they have reason to believe it may begin.
§ 10.4 The state of emergency has four stages.
§ 10.5 The king’s rights in the state of emergency increase from stage 1.
§ 10.6 In the first stage of the state of emergency, the king has the right to make decisions on behalf of ministers.
§ 10.7 In the second stage of the state of emergency, the king has the right to amend the constitution, excluding Articles 1, 3, and 5.
§ 10.8 In the third stage, the king has the right to conceal all information about the Kingdom of Okklania, punish the disclosure of such information, and exclude a citizen without providing a reason.
§ 10.9 In the fourth stage, the king has the right to make the Kingdom of Okklania a part of another micronation, with the permission of the head of state of that micronation, or dissolve the micronation without the consent of the citizens.
§ 10.10 The second stage may be declared by the king only in the case of big econommical problems or war.
§ 10.11 The third stage may be declared by the king only in the case of war.
§ 10.12 The fourth stage may be declared by the king only in the case of an imminent loss in war.
§ 11.1 The Kingdom of Okklania uses its own calendar.
§ 11.2 The calendar is officially named Okklendar.
§ 11.3 The calendar is based on the Gregorian calendar, but only numbers are used for months, and they are shifted 3 months back. The new year corresponds to April 1st in the Gregorian calendar.

§ 12.1 The official english names for the Kingdom of Okklania are Kingdom of Okklania, Monarchy of Okklania, and Okklania.
§ 12.2 A citizen of the Kingdom of Okklania is called an Okklaner.

§ 13.1 Other Okklanian Organisation refers to any group, community, project, or structure that is connected to or affiliated with the Monarchy of Okklania, but does not fall under official state institutions or government bodies.
§ 13.2 The intialism for Other Okklanian Organisations is OOO
§ 13.3 The creation of an Other Okklanian Organisation requires the mutual agreement of the king and the leader of the proposed organisation.
§ 14.1 If a citizen violates the constitution, they may be exiled or warned by the king or the responsible party.
§ 14.2 If a minister violates the constitution, they will face the same sanctions as a citizen and may be removed from their position.
§ 14.3 If the king violates the constitution, they will receive a warning. If they receive 3 warnings in one Okklendar year, the ministers will vote on the king’s removal. If a majority agrees, the king will be removed from office.
§ 15.1 Anything not specified in the constitution of the Monarchy of Okklania is governed by the constitution of the Czech Republic, which must be adhered to by all.
§ 15.2 The Kingdom of Okklania is not a sovereign state and has never declared independence. Everything it does is legal according to the laws of the Czech Republic.
